Associate Executive Principal

The Barnsley and Kirklees Special Provision Partnership is formed through the collaboration of Joseph Norton Academy, Springwell Learning Community and Greenacre School. The remit of this role is clear. As Associate Executive Principal you will assist the Executive Principal in the strategic leadership of the Partnership with a specific focus on the assurance of safeguarding, personal development, behaviour and attitudes.
- We require someone who is forensic in approach and can use their deep technical and specialist knowledge and experience to keep children and adults safe.
- We require someone who is politically astute and can build and maintain productive relationships across organisations at a high level.
- We require someone who offers and inspires excellence, who drives change and transformation, leading to strengthened provision for all.
