Safety Case Engineer Wanted for 12-Month Contract in Glasgow

We are seeking an experienced Safety Case Engineer for an exciting project in Glasgow.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills and knowledge in the nuclear sector and be able to manage complex situations with high levels of accuracy.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review and maintain technical safety cases
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as clients or contractors
  • Manage hazard identification and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have one or more of the following qualifications along with professional experience:

  • SC clearance
  • Relevant degree or Master's level qualification in Nuclear Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of current health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to liaise effectively between different departments, including senior management teams
