Beyond its renowned UK IP litigation expertise, the firm is recognized as a go-to advisor for coordinating IP disputes across Europe, supported by a team with strong scientific and technical backgrounds.

With numerous lawyers registered as Unified Patent Court (UPC) representatives, the firm has actively represented clients since the court's opening in June 2023, handling cases in multiple divisions and advising on procedural strategies. Its clients range from start-ups to multinationals in industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, electronics, telecommunications, medical devices, energy, and consumer goods. The firm's experience includes pioneering biotechnology patent cases, major telecom disputes, and enforcing trademarks against counterfeit luxury goods.

The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join this specialist IP litigation practise in London.

The work includes UK litigation as well as coordination of multi-jurisdictional litigation globally, with litigation taking place before the General Court, Court of Appeal, High Court, IP Enterprise Court and UKIPO.

The Ideal Candidate:

A qualified solicitor with NQ-4 years of PQE.
