Analytical Scientist CK Group are recruiting for a Analytical Scientist to join a life sciences business that is experiencing growth at their facility located near Cambridge.
This role will be an initial 6 month contract, with a view to go permanent.The Company:
Our clients are a growing biotechnology company that are pioneers in the development of Nanomedicines. The company's focus is to improve the therapeutic viability of potential therapeutic molecules with poor pharmacokinetic and chemical properties.
Location:
This role is based on a Technology Park based to the south-east of Cambridge.
The successful candidate will conduct analytical work, primarily focused on polymer-based therapeutic formulations, employing chromatography as well as spectroscopy and fluorometry techniques.
Your Background:
Practical experience in analysing polymers, nucleic acids, and nanoparticles using chromatography techniques. Proficiency in HPLC method development, including reversed phase, ion exchange, affinity and size exclusion chromatography. Excellent communication skills for presenting analytical data to non-expert audiences. Working effectively in a fast-paced, goal-orientated and cross functional environment.
