We are recruiting an Assistant People Partner to support our People Partnering team across the various functions at The Trust.

You will work with People Partners to support a range of senior stakeholders in designing and implementing People & Learning interventions that support business plans, drive performance and inspire people to do their best work for young people.


As a member of the People & Learning team, this role will work collaboratively across the 'Centres of Excellence' (Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Organisational Development and Employee Experience, and Learning), to drive local initiatives in support of the People & Learning Strategy and be a champion of best practice.

Although part of the People & Learning Team, this role will be embedded within the Functional Directorates, working closely with our managers and Senior Leadership teams from each function, across the UK.

It's an exciting time to join the team as we embark on a new strategy cycle as an organisation.

It would be useful for the successful candidate to have knowledge of change implementation and experience in supporting stakeholders to lead and develop a performance culture across their teams.
