About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in Ripley, providing day-to-day coverage for secondary schools.

As a Cover Supervisor, your responsibilities will include managing classrooms, ensuring student focus on their tasks, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classrooms during teacher absences
  • Deliver prepared lesson plans
  • Support the development of Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Maintain classroom discipline
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers
Requirements:
  • Experience in secondary schools
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexible approach to work
