Job Description Building and scaling a top-performing team.Establishing city-specific priorities and goals, and driving performance through well-defined KPIs and incentive structures on a monthly and quarterly basis.Uncovering new opportunities and tailoring the business model to align with local market needs.Shaping and disseminating best practices across the network to continuously enhance global operational efficiency.Representing the company at local PR and networking events.Collaborating closely with Product, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Client Experience teams to address the unique demands of the local market.
