Your role at Clorox:

As a Human Resources Graduate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our AMEA HR Director in a range of HR initiatives and activities across the region.

In this role, you will:

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a HR graduate to gain practical experience and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. Under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, you will gain experience, and take responsibility for initiatives in; HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Total Reward and Employee Experience. This role will provide an excellent opportunity to develop a wide range of skills to enable you to progress into either a HR generalist or HR specialist future role.

Ability to present complex information in a compelling way (using images and infographics where relevant)

Think outside of the box, challenge the status quo, and be willing to show imagination in outcomes

Strong organizational skills and able to manage projects through to execution

Patience when understanding existing ways of working, and establishing how to make things happen

Ability to take information from numerous sources and convert it into a meaningful summary

Detail oriented and high level of accuracy

Experience of using Microsoft Office, and generally tech-savvy
