A bit about the job:

As the Senior Business Analyst, you'll be ensuring key business goals are understood and requirements are documented. To do this, you'll be working with design/development/test colleagues to ensure that quality business solutions that address the requirements of the business are delivered. We'll look to you to participate, lead and contribute to relevant business/scrum/project meetings. You'll also be leading other business analysts to help us develop the change strategy by supporting projects through the development/testing lifecycle including implementation.

Delivering for customers is critical so considering their needs and being prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests is vital. You'll need to understand other change initiatives, recognise dependencies, and determine if business benefits can be realised through change synergies.

Excellent analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills Comfortable with facilitatingAbility to lead, negotiate and influence – to challenge and drive the necessary changes Experience of working on medium to large scale assignments Detailed knowledge and experience of application of business analysis tools and techniques What you'll get for this role:
