An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit to a permanent full time Specialist Intervention Practitioner within Families Together.

Families Together are part of the newly created multi-agency team working to support the work linked to Doncaster's Adolescent strategy.

The role will be working as part of a team of multi-agency specialist practitioners including Psychologists and CAHM's working creatively to support young people to remain cared for, safely within their own family networks.

We are looking for someone who has the experience, confidence, knowledge and skills to succeed in this exciting role. You will be highly motivated and work as part of a team as well as in collaboration with our partners. You will be committed to creating change through building positive relationships with young people and their families and be reflective in your practice.

You will have the ability and experience of working directly with complex families by using a whole family approach and evidenced based practices to improve the outcomes for young people and their families. You will be able to deliver direct work sessions to parents/ carers and young people to a high quality and standard in the home and other environments.

Skills and competence of recording on an electronic system is required as is an understanding of safeguarding and thresholds.
