We're currently seeking applications for the position of Publishing Associate II at our Harlow office. The role involves supporting the Regulatory Affairs Teams by managing the publishing and dispatch of eCTD (CTD) submissions.

A glimpse into the day-to-day as a Publishing Associate II...

  • You will create and send eCTD (CTD) lifecycle management submissions, ensuring compliance with current regulatory electronic document standards
  • You'll maintain archived dossiers and data following internal protocols
  • Accurate and timely updating of internal schedules related to assigned tasks
  • Troubleshooting document issues using Adobe Acrobat (Toolbox) and MS Word
  • Collaborating with scientific teams for submission planning, preparation, publishing, and quality checks
  • Developing and staying updated on internal and external publishing guidelines
  • Active participation in submission creation, offering guidance in line with eCTD legislative requirements

The ideal candidate...

  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Life Sciences or Information Technology)
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, with Regulatory Operations experience preferred
  • Background in publishing regulatory submissions and familiarity with regulatory e-submission tools (experience with Liquent's Publisher and/or Veeva Vault is a plus)
  • Knowledge of EU and ICH publishing regulations and guidelines

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Professional, ISI Toolbox
  • Capable of multitasking, paying attention to detail, and seeing projects through completion
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Adaptable and an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
