We are working on a very exciting new role with one of the world's biggest names in enterprise level connectivity, communications and media.

To support expansion in the UK & European region they are looking for a talented lawyer with demonstrable experience in the Telecoms industry to join the commercial legal team, based in London.


The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer in the UK/other common law jurisdiction with commercially focussed, B2B Telecoms industry experience.

You will be a trusted "Business Partner" to the stakeholders, management and sales team, help drive growth and expansion and lead on both high profile, innovative work as well as BAU matters.

Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial deals, re-seller agreements and partnerships and successfully managing multiple workstreams will be key.

This is a commercial, deal focussed Telecoms role (NOT a regulatory focussed role), and the successful candidate will liaise with the existing regulatory legal team and external lawyers as required.

Experience working for a Telco reseller/partner would be ideal

The role will be based in London with hybrid working (c. 2-3 days in the office ) and the company culture is international, collegiate, polished and dynamic.

The compensation and development opportunities for this role are great and it will suit a lawyer who loves Telecoms negotiations and is a genuine "business partner" for the business, thrives in a "doing" role, is practical, solutions driven and flexible.
