We are currently looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a multi-disciplinary independent private practice based in Cambridge. Interested candidates must have a hunger to progress their career and will be part of a highly successful team with the opportunity to work on a variety of maintenance and refurbishment projects.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Building Surveyor:
Reviewing drawings and understanding what construction work is occurring.Obtaining owner information from the Land Registry.Measured surveysDefect InvestigationsUndertaking schedules of condition.Ensuring all project information is filed and administered.Requirements of the Assistant Building Surveyor:
RICS accredited Building Surveying Degree at BSC (Hons) levelExcellent organisational, time management and IT skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA sound technical surveying knowledge On offer for the Assistant Building Surveyor:The starting salary for this position ranges from £27,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, 25 days annual leave plus public, discretionary bonus, healthcare and full support for APC Candidates.
