As a Grounds Maintenance Operative at Sodexo in Bircham Newton - PE31 6RH You'll deliver a high-quality grounds service, to create a safe and healthy environment. Role is subject to a successful 2 week trial period

What you'll do:

  • Focus on the details and complete a list of both reactive and proactive scheduled grounds maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all areas are kept pristine and fit for purpose and maintained for organisational requirements and Health and Safety.
  • Replenishing stock as and when is needed
  • Be a champion of health and safety practices
  • Daily tasks include: grass cutting, general maintenance, strimming, furniture / office moves, window cleaning

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of gardening solutions and their uses would be beneficial
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
  • Be a team player and take instruction

  • Shift Pattern Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
  • 35 Hours worked per week
  • Fixed term - until 30 September 2024
