Telesales Executive

Telesales Representative – UK based German Speaker

RSW are looking to recruit a German-speaking Telesales Representative for a permanent role with a medical device manufacturer.

The main purpose of the role is to contact existing and potential customers through tele-sales activity and record activity.

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Refer prospects to the field sales team as needed
• Update customer information in Hubspot
• Process orders accurately
• Handle grievances and maintain company reputation
• Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales
• Continuous improvement on KPIs
• Monitor success and report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in sales/customer service roles
• Successful track record meeting sales quotas
