Position Overview
Please note this is a Maternity cover role circa 12 month - Fixed Term Contract.

As the Global Employee Learning Experience Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's learning experience, across global teams.

This position requires a keen interest and passion for learning.

You will also play a key role in providing an effective administrative support to the Global Employee Learning Experience team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Administrative Support Assist in the planning and organization of Learning Experiences. Coordinate logistics for learning experience sessions, including scheduling, room bookings, and equipment setup. Handle participant registrations, communication, and attendance tracking. Leaning Maintenance Support the upkeep of Learning Management System, ensuring accurate data entry and user management. Assist in uploading and organizing learning content and resources. Generate and distribute reports related to learning experiences participation and completion. Materials Development Assist in the creation and formatting of learning materials, presentations, and handouts. Ensure that all learning resources are up-to-date and readily accessible.
