Precedo Healthcare Services are looking for kind, compassionate, experienced Community Care Assistants to join our dedicated and friendly team in the Barnsley area. We are looking for part time and full time staff to deliver end of life care and complex care throughout all postcode areas in Barnsley visiting clients' in their own homes, at the moment drivers are preferred .

We can offer guaranteed hours contracts hours p/w) and you will be paid for the full block shift, not just contact time. We also have Zero Hour agency contracts available if you prefer the flexibility. We are not able to offer sponsorship or accommodate Skilled Worker applications at this time.

Shift times are typically 7am-2pm / 3:30pm-10pm but may vary slightly. Drivers will be paid an additional 1.50 per call.

You will be working on a 7 day rota basis, agreed at least two weeks in advance. We will work around your other commitments. Flexibility is required.

Drivers with access to their own vehicles are preferred.

The Role

We are committed to providing the highest quality practical care and emotional support to elderly and vulnerable adults and their families, through end of life. You will be required to provide the highest level of person centred care to our service users. We also work with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to care for clients with complex and very complex care needs, in their own homes, our calls are about quality rather that quantity.

We are not able to offer skilled workers visas .
