Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Deployment, configuration, and support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 onwards
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory
  • Understanding of DNS, DHCP
  • Working knowledge of Cisco AnyConnect VPN
  • RSA Secure Login administration
  • Software and hardware troubleshooting skills

  • Good written communication skills
