Week 1 - Monday to Friday at Holiday House
Week 2 - Monday and Friday from home, Tuesday to Thursday at Holiday House - Annual pay reviews

What you'll be doing:
- New starter process - creating and issuing new starter packs, access passes and updating databases.
- Ensuring contact information for all colleagues is accurate and updated.
- Issuing access to lockers and key fobs, maintaining secure records at all times.
- Ordering business cards and other items as requested.
- Ongoing day-to-day support of other department functions.
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct colleague as quickly as possible.
- Managing the email inbox ensuring that all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
- Sorting, distributing, and franking all mail, plus advising recipients that they are required to collect their parcels from the Administration office.
- Arranging car parking for visitors to Holiday House, having monitored the number of available spaces.
- You'll be an experienced administrator with excellent customer service skills and an organised, structured approach to work.
- You'll be IT literate, with the ability to use databases and learn new systems quickly.
- You'll be friendly, approachable, and confident liaising with people at all levels on a daily basis.
