What you'll be doing
You will be supporting the day to day management and creation of paid media campaigns, ensuring they are optimised at all times and meeting agreed KPIs Work with wider creative teams to ensure all paid media assets are on brand and in line with wider marketing Analysing performance and research data to develop effective campaigns Keeping on top of trends, liaising with internal teams to ensure coverage of key categories and product stories Tracking and analysis of results from campaigns to identify potential opportunities for improvements Daily, Weekly and Monthly monitoring, analysis and reporting of campaigns whilst providing feedback to line manager Working with us

More about you
Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce actionable insights. Previous experience or understanding of Paid Media would be advantageous - inc but not limited to Google PPC, meta Paid Social and TikTok paid social advertising. Good typography skills Ability to work fast paced Organisation skills for deadlines/ priorities Creative/ confident in experimenting with new ideas Awareness of current / new graphic trends Highly numerate and commercially aware Highly organised and process driven Why join us
