In this newly created full-time role, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including those from the manufacturing, engineering, professional services, banking, charity, and owner-managed business sectors.

You will be providing dynamic and commercial advice, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients while delivering exceptional service at all times.


As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate matters, including business acquisitions and disposals, mergers, company investments, re-organisations, share option schemes, and branding and sponsorship.

You will also have the chance to work closely with our Corporate Partners, who are committed to supporting your career progression and helping you develop your skills on more complex matters.


This role offers high levels of client contact, giving you the chance to develop and manage profitable relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as third parties.

With a strong team already in place and a variety of high-quality work on offer, this is a role with huge potential for the right candidate.
