The Role

The firm are looking for a Corporate 2+ PQE to join their office in Stockport.

You will carry out a full spectrum of Corporate Law working alongside experienced and approachable Lawyers who specialise in M&A, Business Structures and reorganisations, shareholder agreements, management buy outs, private equity investment issues and more.

You will provide your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Corporate team in a friendly and supportive environment in line with the firm's exciting business plans.

Requirements

You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 2+ years' of experienceYou will have experience in handling your own Corporate elated caseloadYou should have good technical knowledge and be an organised individualStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clientsYou will enjoy working in a challenging, fast moving and professional environment
