MacGregor Black are partnering with a global Wine Producer & Distributor on the search for a National Account Manager.This is a perm role preferably based in Greater Manchester, but open to other areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead negotiations, manage P&L responsibilities, and oversee tendering and pitching processes to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and drive revenue growth.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier grocery retailers.Represent the company at UK and international trade shows, as well as at winery visits.Work closely with the internal team, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights and recommendations.What We're Looking For:Established NAM with a strong background in the wine industry and connections within top-tier grocery retailers.WSET certification or working towards a diploma.Proven experience in P&L management, negotiation, and tendering/pitching processes.A team player with a small team mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of your area.A strong character who is proactive, driven, and adaptable.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and visit wineries.Full UK Driving Licence. Salary – Up to £70k + Car Allowance + Benefits
