Are you looking for a rewarding and exciting career in hospitality? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Assistant In Room Dining Manager position at our hotel

As Assistant In Room Dining Manager, you will work closely with the Room Service Manager to oversee all aspects of the Room Service and Hospitality food and beverage operation. You will help set and achieve financial and quality goals, while ensuring that our standards of excellence are maintained. You will also assist with planning, organising, controling and directing the work of our In-Room Dining team, who provide a variety of services to our guests, such as picnics in the estate or boat, poolside dining in the summer, and Japanese cuisine in our restaurant.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a positive and enthusiastic attitude. You will be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and handle pressure and challenges with ease.

Preferred skills:

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment required

Experience with Micros preferred
