Description

  • Providing legal advice and guidance on various corporate matters
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies
  • Training employees on regulations and industry practices
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in law and advising accordingly
  • Assisting in the development of legal strategy and objectives
  • Coordinating work with external legal counsel when necessary

Profile

A successful Corporate Solicitor should have/be:

  • An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
  • Excellent knowledge of corporate law and legal matters
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in legal research and ability to handle complex legal issues
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
