Profile
A successful Corporate Solicitor should have/be:
- An England & Wales qualified Solicitor
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and legal matters

- Proficiency in legal research and ability to handle complex legal issues
- Ability to work independently and in a team
