We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join their EYFS team and contribute to the outstanding care and education that they offer.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and the ability to deliver high-quality care and educational experiences. You will work closely with a great team to provide a safe, caring, and enriching environment for their youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum to support children's development.
  • Provide a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play.
  • Observe, assess, and record each child's progress, sharing this information with parents and carers.
  • Support children's social and emotional development, encouraging positive behavior and independence.
  • Work collaboratively with the EYFS team to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
  • Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
