Each well-appointed room is equipped with access to a secure garden area, and children can also enjoy a safe woodland space for exploration.

This role includes a complimentary shuttle service at various times throughout the day, facilitating travel to and from designated locations.

Additionally, the position offers a discounted gym membership at just £5 per month.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to provide outstanding care and education
- Ensure the learning environment is consistently stimulating and engaging for children, both indoors and outdoors
- Design and implement enriching learning experiences and exceptional care to support each child's development and individual milestones
- Foster strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to address the unique needs of each child
- Promote and uphold child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, safe, and enjoyable environment

What We Seek:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification (essential)
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Comprehensive knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislative requirements
- Ability to build trust and effective working relationships with colleagues and parents
- Proficiency in utilizing various communication techniques with children and adults
