A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR AT HOLIDAY INN BLACKPOOL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Reservations Manager you can expect your working day to include the following.
Working with stakeholders relating to groups and events, supervising the groups from enquiry stage to operational stage.
Having a commercial input in the strategy around food and beverage through pre-arrival upselling.
Act as a Duty Manager
Please note this role is not a 9am-5.30pm role and will include various shifts including evenings and weekends to allow the hotel to maximise all commercial opportunities.

To succeed in the role of Reservations Supervisor, you will need the following qualities and skills.
Delphi Experience is desirable.
Previous experience in working in a high volume hospitality commercial environment.
Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Management would be an advantage.
