Our law firm client are seeking an ambitious contentious probate solicitor to join their growing disputes resolution team in their Swindon or Bath offices.

This is a great opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, dealing with a wide range of Disputes.

Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including work, arising from a passing, such as:

  • Claims about the validity of wills;
  • Claims for financial provision from an estate from disappointed beneficiaries;
  • Executor and beneficiary disputes;
  • Trust disputes, including removal of Trustee applications
  • Disputes arising from Powers of Attorney
  • Professional negligence claims arising from will drafting, or the administration of the estate.
