Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment. As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for working on a busy disputes caseload for claimants and respondents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling contractual disputes, defamation, professional negligence, shareholders disputes, IP/IT disputes, and contentious probate cases.
  • Working closely with our team of experts to provide high-quality legal services to our clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial litigation law and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with a training seat in commercial litigation from a reputable commercial firm. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
