We are currently recruiting for a Communities Officer (Anti-Social Behaviour & Community Safety)
You will be responsible for working with a range of partners to tackle ASB in Nuneaton and Bedworth. You will also be responsible for designing, delivering and monitoring community safety interventions and projects across Nuneaton and Bedworth.
To succeed in this role candidates must be conscientious, highly organised and demonstrate a high level of creativity, professionalism and confidence when working with a wide and diverse range of residents and partners organisations.
Experience of community work is required as are excellent communication and customers service skills. You will need to demonstrate initiative, resilience and flexibility as well as being passionate about supporting people and communities.
You should have :-
Experience of monitoring the delivery of community safety initiatives in partnership with communities and stakeholders.
To give professional advice on ASB/community safety and advise when other professional advice and/or assistance should be sought.
Experience of identifying and apply for resources/funding needed to deliver community safety initiatives
To undertake research and data analysis in relation to all aspects of community safety.
