Position Title: Senior Software Integration Engineer

Division: Vehicle Engineering

Location: Warwickshire

Position Description:

  • Oversee software compliance across all domain(s) ECUs for UK, India, and China.
  • Define UNECE 156 global product backlog.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - both internal and external.
  • Plan for ensuring process compliance across programmes, including supplier and in-house produced software.
  • Coordinate software process evaluation to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards.
  • Lead epics for technical assessment of SW development.
  • Identify risks and impediments related to process and product non-compliance and liaise with cross-functional software chapter heads an Product Owners.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders.
  • Good communicator who has a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Data Engineering background, data pipeline creation experience with an appreciation for Data Analytics.
  • Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, initiative and data insights, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills including the ability to conduct thorough compliance interrogation of software changes / updates.
  • Good understanding of automotive systems and software processes, methods and tools

Experience Required:

  • Relevant engineering degree preferred - but not essential.
  • Experience of working in a medium / large organisation delivering complex products.
