Richmond American University London is now looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated Income Officer to join our small and dedicated Finance team. Reporting to the Income Manager, and based in our Student Hub on campus, you will provide a customer focused front line information service for all students regarding their tuition fees and other financial matters in accordance with the relevant University policies.
The Income Officer will be required to contact students who have tuition fee debts and then take appropriate action to progress collection or to refer for other actions. The role will also be supporting students with their fee account queries and this could be via telephone, email and in person. Responsibilities include working with the Income Manager with data entry and all aspects of student fees collection and administration.
You will have proven experience of credit control, providing high levels of customer service, and using accounting and other data base systems. Previous experience working in a learning environment would be beneficial.
