Temporary for 2 to 3 months
Full-time 37 hours per week Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Salary: 12.11 per hour
Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-known Public Sector organisation, for a Receptionist to start immediately on a temporary basis for 2 - 3 months.

Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide an effective frontline, customer-focused reception and information service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front of house reception desk service for staff and visitors
  • Answer a large volume of calls
  • Manage appointments system
  • Managing room bookings
Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Experience of providing a frontline reception/telephony service
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication (verbal, telephone and written) and listening skills
  • Competent IT skills
  • Able to demonstrate calm, confident and competent demeanour
  • Flexible, supportive team-player
