Our client is a globally recognised entity in the professional services sector, and has a sizeable presence in the legal realm. They operate on an international scale, with thousands of employees spread across various locations, including London.

Description

As a Structured Finance Associate you will be responsible for:

· Advising on the full range of derivative transactions, on the acquisition and financing of portfolios and on high value and complex significant risk transfer transactions.

· Drafting, reviewing and amending the legal and commercial aspects of all types of financing documentation.

· Developing professional relationships with clients and getting involved in business development initiatives and activities.

· Engaging with work on other types of financing arrangements advised on by the broader Financing Stream if client demands so require.

Profile

A successful Structured Finance Associate should;

· Be an England & Wales, or common law, jurisdiction qualified Solicitor

· Have strong very strong commercial drafting skills

· A keen interest in securitisations and structured finance, with experience from a top law firm.
