  • The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Multinational insurance programmes, working alongside the Client Executive, Client Advisor, Insurers and potentially client Risk Managers.

We will count on you to:

  • Liaise with multinational clients and insurers to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
  • Provide a wide range of administration functions across several client accounts.
  • Coordinate the set-up of all new clients on the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.
  • Assist with responding to day-to-day Multinational client insurance and risk queries with support from the Multinational Advisory Practice Team.
  • Track local policy issuance and premium payments and ensure all regulatory payment deadlines are adhered to.
  • Maintain up to date contact listing – client and local broker as required.
  • Coordinate the issuance of Network policy instructions via the Marsh Network Workflow Management Tool.

  • An interest to learn and develop a career within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to become involved within a wide range of responsibilities.
  • Be willing to learn how Multinational insurance works.
  • Able to create documents e.g., in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Willing to learn the use of relevant Marsh Business applications.
  • Good numeracy ability.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
