Strategy Planning and Steering Manager - Project Role

Are you a highly skilled and strategic individual with a passion for process improvement and operational excellence? We are seeking a talented Strategy Planning & Steering Manager with a focus on process steering to join our team.

As the Strategy Planning & Steering Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead and oversee NSC Strategy projects. You will play a crucial role in enabling business capacity creation and ensuring effective processes throughout the organization. Your expertise in process steering will be instrumental in driving operational delivery and ensuring the success of NSC Strategy projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an enablement framework for the organization. You will develop and implement processes that support the objectives of the business, ensuring that they are aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Your ability to identify and create processes that optimize efficiency and productivity will be essential in fostering business capacity creation.
  • Support reporting and project evolution by collaborating with stakeholders to improve task and ways-of-working efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall process effectiveness.
  • Develop and improve business processes, identifying and proposing process improvements across operational departments.
  • Utilising project management tools will support the business areas in planning, organizing, and managing their process instructions.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong academic background, degree level - ideally with a focus on project management, business strategy and/or communications.
  • Proven track record of leading projects, with the ability to connect processes to actions.
  • Project management experience, and /or experience of leading cross-functional projects in matrix structures.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence at all levels.
  • Creative approach to driving engagement through content and communications.
  • Pro-active, solution focussed approach.
