Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a diverse and exciting role? Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Team Assistant to join their London office and support the Manager and their team of 6.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage diaries for the Team, ensuring meetings are scheduled in advance.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for the Team.
  • Process annual leave requests and maintain the team's time sheets.
  • Prepare and amend various documents, including reports, letters, minutes, and agenda.
  • Collate and file travel invoices and expense items, resolving any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate team meetings and ensure smooth proceedings.
  • Manage and produce monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • MUST have previous experience in an assisting role or similar - ideally to a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - also MS Teams.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
