Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND teacher looking to make a significant impact in a primary SEN school? We are seeking a passionate SEN Primary Teacher to join our client school, a large primary SEN school based in Redbridge.

The Role
As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the education and development of our students. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and individualized lessons, working closely with a team of skilled Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support each child's learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Individualized Teaching: Design and deliver personalized lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEND.
- Collaborative Planning: Work alongside a team of TAs and other professionals to plan and implement effective educational strategies.
- Positive Learning Environment: Foster a nurturing and positive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
- Assessment and Progress: Regularly assess students' progress and adapt teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Family Engagement: Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development.
- Inclusive Practices: Promote inclusive practices within the classroom and the wider school community.
Qualifications and Experience
- SEND Trained: Qualified teacher status with specialized training in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
- Experience: Proven experience working with primary-aged children with SEND in a school setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a team of TAs.
- Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND and a commitment to their educational and personal development.
