Job Description:


We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, person-centric Senior Employment Advisor / Job Coach who will work with unemployed customers to help them to break down their personal employment barriers to help them to gain meaningful employment.


50% of your time will involve proactively working with a caseload of customers who have employment barriers including mental health, disabilities, drug/alcohol etc.

and you will meet each customer on a regular basis and through in-depth assessments, you will identify their skills, barriers to employment, and training needs and you will collaborate with each customer to address and overcome these.

You will refer your customers to a portfolio of training/personal development opportunities and engage with employers to identify new opportunities they can apply for.

You will create SMART targets with each customer, reviewed at each meeting – to ensure they are on track and progressing in to paid employment.

Ideally you will have previous industry experience, however we are open to receiving applications from applicants with transferable skills.


You will have previous experience in a senior role having managed teams across their individual performance to KPI's and job entry targets.

You will be skilled in coordinating work with advisors, motivating, training and mentoring them to ensure they hit their targets/KPI's across each regional area.


Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
