Exciting Opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor

We are working with an independent, dynamic practice located in the East Midlands, specialising in a diverse range of commercial, development, and rural services. They're seeking a motivated graduate surveyor to join their team and grow with them.

Your Role:

As a graduate surveyor, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including:

Rural Agency: Handling farm and land salesValuations: Conducting property and land valuationsPlanning: Involvement in planning applications and processesCompensation & Utilities: Managing compensation claims and utility negotiationsTenancy: Overseeing rural and commercial tenanciesRural Support Schemes: Assisting with various rural support initiatives
