About the Company
Our client, a leading provider of rural property services across the UK, is seeking an MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join their growing team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to advance their career with a well-established consultancy.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of private clients, providing expert advice on rural property matters, including estate management, valuations, and agricultural tenancies.
Responsibilities
- Manage a wide range of rural properties
- Conduct valuations for rural estates and properties
- Advise on agricultural tenancies and property matters
- Handle compensation and compulsory purchase work
- Sell and let rural properties
Requirements
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification (FAAV desirable)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Proficient in IT and time management
- Excellent attention to detail and teamwork abilities
- RICS Registered Valuer status (desirable)
