Description

  • Processing invoices
  • Sort, code and match invoices
  • Enter and upload invoices into system
  • Reconciliation
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A strong understanding of the accounts payable process
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills for liaising with suppliers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

Job Offer
