We are looking for an experienced leader to join a very dynamic team to manage and optimize the global tax compliance and strategy. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients' tax obligations are met accurately and efficiently.

This position is on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, and will follow a hybrid working model, based out of Canary Wharf, London.

Key

Responsibilities:

Maintain an up-to-date tax strategyOversee global tax compliance (income/corporation tax, VAT, payroll, etc.)Review and reconcile partners' tax paymentsManage tax risks from international remote workingHandle employment taxes and IR35 risksSubmit annual Country by Country reports and ensure transfer pricing complianceAssess and address tax risks with senior managementLiaise with HMRC, ATO, and other tax authoritiesRespond to global tax audits and enquiriesMonitor and implement legislative changesManage tax issues for partner/staff moves and secondmentsOptimize client billing and revenue remittance for tax efficiencyAdvise on international tax for strategic initiatives
