You will collaborate within a sizable team that frequently interacts with various departments, including VAT, Transfer Pricing, M&A, and Restructuring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice to both UK and international organizations on a diverse array of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including group structuring and tax-efficient financing.
  • Formulating strategies to optimize clients' effective tax rates through innovative intellectual property and financing solutions.
  • Overseeing teams on tax advisory initiatives.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for specialists, international member firms, and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects and expertise.
  • Identifying significant business development prospects, including internal cross-selling and understanding your client portfolio, while networking and building client pipelines.
  • Mentoring and nurturing junior staff members.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a professional services environment or as a Senior Tax Manager in a reputable practice, or at the Tax Director level seeking new challenges.
  • A solid understanding of UK corporate tax legislation.
