We have the exciting opportunity to join the Print team within our Warehouse Operations department as Print Production Coordinator.

We're looking for a candidate who considers themselves to be organised and efficient, with a right first-time approach, that are keen to learn new process and procedures. If you are comfortable working via a computer, have both basic Excel and Microsoft Suite experience and great written and verbal communication skills, we would love to hear from you Our bright and cheery Print Production team will provide full training to the successful candidate. This is a wonderful opportunity to kick start a career within Print Operations.

At Joma Jewellery and Katie Loxton personalisation at the core of our brand identity and the customer is at the heart of everything we do. As the Print Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for printing, foiling and cutting of our bespoke packaging and products, of new seasons' artwork and ad hoc marketing materials. You will use your exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality is maintained, design specifications are followed, and jobs are done in timely manner. You will use your organisation and prioritisation skills to process multiple jobs daily ensuring timely execution, managing workflow and communicating with a variety of other teams on timescales. You will work closely with various departments in order to meet customer requirements.

You will be based at our Head Office in Banbury 5 days a week. The standard shift pattern for this role is 5 days a week, 10am- 6pm but may change due to business needs so flexibility is a must. During our peak periods, we operate on a 'any 5 in 7' basis, this essentially means that you could be occasionally required to work a shift between the hours of 6am and 10pm on any day of the week, this will include occasional weekend days during peak times of the year with one weeks' notice.

HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

Setting up and maintaining our CANON C710 printer, ensuring all settings and files are correct and that the correct paper is being used for each job Operating and maintaining all finishing equipment such as; Matrix 370 Matrix 530 Duplo DC 646 Slitter Cutter Duplo UD-300XY Die Cutter Duplo UD-3000XY Die Cutter Veloblade VB-V-69+ Ideal 4860 Guillotine Processing multiple jobs daily ensuring timely execution, managing workflow and communicating with other teams on timescales Preparing printed materials for internal and external customers such as; stock (e.g jewellery backing cards), events, ad hoc requests, photoshoots and other imagery Ensuring that all final print product is to an exceptional standard Allocating work to Customer Fulfilment Operatives to aid the effective running of the print production department, ensuring customer SLAs and company KPIs are met Supporting the Senior Print Specialist with the monitoring stock levels of consumables (paper, foil, blades etc) Ensuring that H&S is upheld as a top priority by you and the wider team at all times and that any concerns are escalated appropriately to the H&S team Ensuring safe systems of work are being followed throughout print operations Ensuring working areas and machinery are kept clean as per maintenance guidance at end of each shift Supporting Customer Fulfilment Operatives with queries THE TALENT YOU'LL BRING:

Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail An organised and efficient person able to work flexibly, quickly learning new processes and procedures Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment through demonstrating flexibility and effective organisation and prioritisation of workload to achieve deadlines/targets An ability to focus and remain calm when working to strict deadlines Self-motivated, punctual, hardworking individual who can work well within a team and under own initiative A positive, can-do attitude Proven experience working independently under general instructions Communicates professionally and effectively with team members and other departments at all levels, both written and verbally Basic knowledge using excel and Microsoft suite Comfortable doing work via computer with the ability to learn new systems quickly Previous print experience or knowledge in InDesign is desirable PERFECTLY PACKAGED
