Sirona Medical are recruiting a Senior social worker for Learning Disability Partnership in a Local Authority in East Anglia.

Job Role: This particular role is based within East Anglia. The focus of this work will be support LDP to reduce the time people are waiting on a priority list. Whilst the work will be managed according to longest wait there will be a need to be flexible to the needs of the service. SSW in the Multidisciplinary Learning Disability Partnership will be required to supervise at least 2 social workers, complete Care Act assessments with appropriate care and support plans to meet assessed need. Will also need to complete MCA assessments as required.

Sirona Medical will be providing the Senior Social Worker on an agency contract.

This is a full time agency post 37 hours per week.

As a Social Worker, you must have a degree in Social Work, experience experience of working with people with a learning disability, safeguarding enquiries and dols applications and ideally of working as part of a multi disciplinary team, access to a car to be able to undertake visits, Social Work England Registation.
