Job Description
This exciting 12 month role is focused on shaping and delivering some of critical people projects that support our colleagues across the world to be the best. You'll be working alongside key stakeholders across our diverse brands, to engage, design and embed projects that are instrumental in setting our colleagues up for success.
As part of the Talent & Learning Team, you'll take responsibility for the design and delivery of key Talent projects. You'll take the strategic lead, engaging with senior leaders and business partnering with our key stakeholders across global locations to deliver and embed projects, enabling our talented colleagues to deliver sector leading experiences.

The continued focus of rolling out our EVP - Work.Win.Grow. You'll bring your wide Talent and Organisational Development experience to this role, we are looking for: Extensive experience in a similar role, with overall responsibility for transformational people projects.Demonstrable experience of end-to-end, successful delivery of EVP, Talent & Succession, Leadership & Management Development, Onboarding, and Induction projects.Experienced stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels.The ability to work in a matrix organisation - working across diverse brands, locations, and stakeholders.A strong drive to achieve and deliver outputs - shaping the strategic direction and delivering results that will make an impact.Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to influence, build and engender trust and rapport quickly and effectively.
