The Role: This is a dynamic sales environment suitable for sales professionals aiming to enhance their skills within a service sales process. As a Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, your primary responsibility will be to establish new client relationships, retain them and cultivate long-term recruitment and training partnerships.
Your Career: BMS Performance operates on a merit-based system where promotions are dependent on skill development and performance, not tenure. With a well-defined career progression ladder, high achievers can climb up three positions from Business Development Manager within a short timeframe.

What we are looking for:

- Naturally goal-oriented, target-driven and well-organized
- Possess an appetite for self-development both personally and professionally
- Previous B2B sales experience with a focus on new business acquisition
The Package:
- Salary: £35,000 to £40,000
- A realistic OTE in year 1 is circa £10K although it is uncapped, the more you put in the more you'll get out. In year 2 and beyond top performers have been able to double their base salary in bonus so the sky really is the limit
